The Stockton Beautiful Rose Garden at Victory Park was designed and built by Stockton Beautiful and was dedicated in May of 2007.  This year we will rededicate the Rose Garden in honor of our co-founder, Gerry Dunlap, who was the guiding force behind this wonderful project, our gift to the City of Stockton.
